Today I'm talking about how to deal with navigating change, and this episode is auto-biographical as I'm right in the midst of making some huge changes around my home life (hello, let's move states!). I'll take you through the steps I'm using right now as I gingerly tread through this shift and try to stay sane in the process. Want the cliff notes? Here are my 8 steps: 1. Remember why you want it. Change is important, and it's hard. And we're all in it together. Show Notes: Get Tiffany's newsletter and stay in the know 100 Rejection Letters Registration open through 4/4/18 |

I was so excited to get to interview Leah Vernon of Beauty and the Muse for this week's episode! Leah and I covered SO MUCH in this conversation, including: + what graduate school taught her about bouncing back from rejection Oh, yes. Profound things happen when you let go of the need to keep other people comfortable at the detriment of yourself. Amen and hallelujah! Enjoy, enjoy! Can you use your art as resistance, as a form of activism, or as a catalyst for social change? Yes, you can, and this week, I'm talking with Susan Celia Swan about how to do just that. Susan is the Executive Director of V-Day, a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls that raises funds and awareness through benefit productions of Playwright/Founder Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues and other artistic works, and we had such an amazing conversation about what creative women can do to activate change in their local communities and on a global scale. We also talked about what to do if you want to serve but aren't sure how to get started, the big impact tiny moves can create, and how to deal with the imperfection that can rise up when YOU want to rise up. This conversation is important and powerful. We've all got big work to do. No pressure, hand raisers! And let's go.
