The Tiffany Han Show (formerly Raise Your Hand Say Yes)

When it comes to Radical Self-Belief (heyo #radselbel!), I’ll likely still be talking about it in another 375 episodes. However, I have a sneaking suspicion I’m not alone when I say it’s easier to talk the talk than walk the walk. Today I’m bringing you the five pillars of radical self-belief to make it just a touch easier to lace up your sneaks and take the first step towards your most technicolor life.  Gear up for the glory and the discomfort, knowing you can rely on these pillars to be your foundation along your way.

Welcome to the beginning of the #RadSelBel movement—I’m definitely on a mission to make it a whole thing. This week, grab your favorite pencil case and meet me for a powerful history lesson on Radical Self-Belief and the deeply rooted foundations of why it’s so dang challenging for us to trust ourselves. If this is something you struggle with, you’re not alone, and you’re NOT to blame.

When history class is over, we’ll step back into modern times to talk about what radical self-belief is (oh, and isn’t!) and what it can do for you! Let’s drop into a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside, and let’s do it together. #RadSelBel

I talk a LOT about this “over the rainbow” technicolor life we’re all aiming for...but what does that actually mean? More specifically, what does that mean for you? Can you live your most technicolor life and still get the laundry done? In this episode, I get real about everything a technicolor life truly is, and everything it’s not.

It’s time to dig deep, feel the uncomfortable feelings, and unlearn so much of what we’ve been taught by a world that values going above and beyond as the bare minimum. Let’s start the journey together.

I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, which feels like the beginning of one journey and the end of another. ADHD diagnoses in creative, adult women are more and more common these days, and in this week’s episode, I discuss why I think that’s happening.

Join me today as I discuss my personal journey to diagnosis, how I approached the conversation with my doctor and advocated for myself, why I was quick to say yes to medication, what I’m currently processing on the other side of things. and the importance of destigmatizing women’s mental health challenges.

Disclaimer*** This episode discusses the topic of women’s mental health. I am a life coach, not a psychiatrist. This is not meant to serve as a diagnostic or guide to women with ADHD, but simply as a deep dive into my own personal experience and diagnosis.
