The Tiffany Han Show (formerly Raise Your Hand Say Yes)

Procrastination. It's real. It's daunting. And for many of us, it's the big thing standing in the way of us being the person we want to be in this world.

In this week's episode, I'm diving deep into the root causes of procrastination and sharing specific techniques you can use to tackle each one. Oh! And there's a workbook!

Enjoy, enjoy!!

Have you ever found yourself saying something out loud that is self-depricating and not actually true? If so, this episode is for you.

This week, I'm diving into three specific stories I've told throughout my life (one very recently!) and looking at what impact telling them has had on what I believe about myself. The short version is that the things we say out loud tend to become true. The other spoiler is that we can shift this ourselves.

If you're ready to stand in your own power and own the good work that you do in this world (or that you're ready to do), have a listen. You are not alone. And you are doing great.

Can you slowly and gradually shift a habit or do you have to go all in? Is it possible to actually change something about yourself that you've believed to be true your whole life? How do you know when a change is necessary or when it's antithesis to the person you really are? And, then, if you are ready to try out the change, where do you even start?

These are just a few of the questions that come up around habit change and this week, I'm diving into my own shift in my habit around waking up in the morning. Yes, hand raisers, you heard that right: I am (on purpose!) waking up every morning at 6 am (begrudgingly) and am working on becoming a morning person.

Listen in to find out how I'm approaching it, how it's going, and what my journey has to do with those life and creative habits that you're ready to shift. Because you know this is about so much more than what time you're alarm goes off in the morning!

Are y'all ready for this one? It's time to pause to honor the first 201 episodes of RYHSY (I still can't believe it!) and this week I'm sharing the 10 things I've learned in my four years (so far!) of podcasting!

Here's the full list in case you need a cheat sheet:

1. Start where you are.
2. Do the scrappiest version you can to get going.
3. If it works, it's good enough. (For now.)
4. Refine over time - you'll know when it's time to make shifts.
5. Shout your stuff from the rooftops. (Yes, more than you're comfortable with!)
6. Have high standards and own that.
7. Don't keep trudging down a self-created path that you don't love.
8. ...but don't quit too early either!
9. Relationships are EVERYTHING.
10. Pause to look at where you've been, even if you still want to climb farther!

Thank you to everyone who's been a part of the success of this show (over 1 million downloads!) - here's to the next 4 years!

Let's talk about anxiety and real life and what happens when you make a bold move toward something you really want and it's *still* hard.

This week, I'm taking you through the inner workings of my brain and sharing my recent experience with purchasing a home in Colorado and how that kicked up my anxiety BIGTIME.

My hope in talking about this stuff is that it starts getting normalized and that anyone who can relate knows that they aren't alone. Let's all keep going together, eh?
