What do you do when you have NO IDEA what you want to do? And even worse, how do you navigate a change when you feel like you might be eternally stuck in a sucky situation (whether it's a job or relationship or habit)? This week's solo episode was prompted by an Instagram question asking me how to navigate utter stuckness, and my answers apply whether you're in a toxic situation or just want to make a change in your life but aren't *exactly* sure what that change should be. Dive in and remember: change is a process. And things never move as quickly as we want them to. Keep going anyway. It's so worth it. Ashley Nickels is a writer, quilter, and teacher (and overall badass) who is currently in the midst of her own reinvention. Ashley and I both gave up drinking around the same time and the parallels in our stories are amazing! #sobersisters This week, we talk about reinvention, letting go of stories, what happens when you start tapping into a higher consciousness, and the parts of reinvention that you don't always hear when someone's on the other side looking back. And you'll get to hear the inside scoop about a few changes I'm making in my business as well! If you have a calling to make a change in your life (or are in the middle of one!), this episode is for you!
