The Tiffany Han Show (formerly Raise Your Hand Say Yes)

What do you do when you have NO IDEA what you want to do? And even worse, how do you navigate a change when you feel like you might be eternally stuck in a sucky situation (whether it's a job or relationship or habit)?

This week's solo episode was prompted by an Instagram question asking me how to navigate utter stuckness, and my answers apply whether you're in a toxic situation or just want to make a change in your life but aren't *exactly* sure what that change should be.

Dive in and remember: change is a process. And things never move as quickly as we want them to. Keep going anyway. It's so worth it.

Ashley Nickels is a writer, quilter, and teacher (and overall badass) who is currently in the midst of her own reinvention. Ashley and I both gave up drinking around the same time and the parallels in our stories are amazing! #sobersisters

This week, we talk about reinvention, letting go of stories, what happens when you start tapping into a higher consciousness, and the parts of reinvention that you don't always hear when someone's on the other side looking back. And you'll get to hear the inside scoop about a few changes I'm making in my business as well!

If you have a calling to make a change in your life (or are in the middle of one!), this episode is for you!

In this episode, Lisa shares her story of what got her to her breaking point and how she's making her way back to herself. I suspect you'll love it!
