The Tiffany Han Show (formerly Raise Your Hand Say Yes)

Alright, y'all! All of my best September podcasting intentions got derailed by Covid, Mercury retrograde, and my launch. I'm back today with a scrappy update to share some big lessons I've been learning.

In this episode, you'll hear how my Year of No influenced my decision not to put out an episode now, what happened when we got Covid and how it affected my business, why I'm not freaking out about low launch results, and the huge *5 months in the making* revelation I had last week over a spoonful of Nutella.

Welcome back for another Year of No Update! I’m addressing the question we’ve all been asking…did giving up social media destroy my business? Spoiler Alert: Nope! That’s not to say things don’t look a little different these days. Listen in as I share exactly how different this year’s Grown-Up Gap Year Early Bird Registration went compared to last year. That’s right. Down to the exact numbers!

I’m also chatting about what’s been coming up for me lately, some tricky things my brain is doing amidst the mid-year slipperiness, how social media worked for me last year, and why I might be preemptively thinking about hopping back in…Taking some time to discover what I’m most curious about has got me in full-on experiment mode, and I’m so excited to tell what I’m discovering!

Welcome back to another Year Of No update where I’m talking all things business! With the upcoming early-bird application period of Grown-Up Gap Year in sight, I’ve been tossing out the formulas and harnessing my energy to have a bit more fun with it all. Sure, the “way things are done” exists for a reason, but if disregarding the rules lights us up, shouldn’t we run with that instead?

Via my Year of No, I’m opting for freaking awesome over fine and ditching the master plan in favor of trusting my energy.. After all, isn’t that what Grown-Up Gap Year is all about? Hint: It totally is. Listen in for the inside scoop on how I’ve been moving through my business differently, how I know I’ve set myself up for “success,” and my hunch as to why my results probably won’t have anything to do with being strategic.

What happens when you take a month off of social media? How do you structure it and what results does it lead to? And also: how do you shift those habits that you know you aren't working for you?

This week, I'm kicking off Season 6 (!!) with my social-media-sabbatical partner-in-crime Tammi Salas of the Unruffled Podcast.

You'll hear us talk about why we decided to take a break from social media, how it has everything to do with our sobriety from alcohol and the things that were both great and hard about the month.

If you suspect that you have habits that aren't serving you (even if they have nothing to do with social media!) or you're constantly finding yourself wishing for more time or more balance or more connection, this episode is for you.

Jen Hewett and I had such a great conversation for this episode!

You'll hear us talk about:

+ how she knew when it was time to quit her consulting work
+ and what she did to prepare for being on her own financially
+ how she balances long and short term projects and focuses in her creative work
+ how she sets (and maintains) boundaries
+ how she keeps her eye on her current projects rather than getting easily distracted by new ideas
+ how she knows when it's time to let something go and move on to new things

AND SO MUCH MORE! Enjoy, enjoy!
